Description

It  took over  24  years  since  the  death  of  Cretan  great  Nikos  Xylouris  for  the  Cretan  Community  to  honour him, since  it  never  had  the  opportunity  to  see  him  live  since  his  passing  in 1980.

It  wasn’t  until  April   in  2004  that  the Pancretan Association  of  Melbourne  under  the  auspices  of  the  Antipodes  Festival   hosted  one  of  the  largest  Cretan  Concerts  in Melbourne  ever, with  over  1000  people  in  attendance.  This  concert  has  been  recorded and  is  now  available  on  DVD  for  purchase.
