The Pancretan Association Board of Directors invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting on Sunday 1st December 2024 at the Members Pavilion.
The AGM is your opportunity let your voice be heard, and vote on important issues pertaining to the club. As a member-based organisation we encourage all members to attend the AGM and have a say. New members are welcome. Doors will open from 12.30pm for Membership renewals. The meeting will commence at 2pm.
This AGM will provide an opportunity for passionate volunteers to join the next Pancretan Board of Directors for 2025-2026 period.
If you are interested in nominating for a committee position, you must complete a nomination form. A Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) letter and nomination form has been sent to members outlining all the information on how to apply. Please refer to the Constitution for eligibility requirements.
