The Pancretan Association of Melbourne and the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia are proud to be commemorating the 200th Anniversary of the Holy 4 Martyrs of Crete whose relics will arrive in Melbourne from Crete and be permanently placed at the Holy Monastery of Axion Estin in Northcote for all parishioners to worship.
The Hierarchical Divine Liturgy will take place on Sunday 15th December at 8.30am at the Holy Monastery of Axion Estin in Northcote, which will be presided by HisEminence Archbishop of Australia Makarios, His Eminence Metropolitan of Rethymno & Avlopotamou Prodromos, Metropolitan of New Zealand Myron, His Grace Bishop of Melbourne Kyriakos, His Grace Bishop of Chora Evmenios, Rev. Father Theologos Papalevizakis and Rev. Father Vasilios Papadakis from Crete, and the parish priest Rev. Father Phillip Papagiannopoulos.
